Vinification Method
A red variety in white vinification (black de noir) at low fermentation temperatures in order to highlight the bouquet of aromas of the variety. Stay with the fine wine lees for 3 months in cooled stainless steel tanks with constant stirring to achieve a full and oily mouth.
Characteristics
Impressive gold-yellowish color. Intense aromatic character of rose and yellow-fleshed fruits. Rich mouth-feel and pleasant aftertaste.
Food pairing
Seafood and white meat.
