Vinification Method
Selection of overripe grapes which are dried under the sun for 2-4 months. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks that stops spontaneously leaving residual sugars and giving the sweet and full taste and aftertaste. Finally, the whole process is completed with four years of ageing in French oak barrels.
Characteristics
Balanced sweetness, deep amber color with aromas of rose, honey, dried fruits and sweet spices.
Food pairing
Dessert wine that goes extremely well with with syrupy sweets, walnut pie, chocolate bar, donuts, banofi, chocolate crepes and varieties of cheese.
