Vinification Method

White vinification with pre-fermented cold soak. Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 15 °C and maintenance of wine on lees for 3 months.


Greenish-yellow clear color. Rich nose with strong citrus aromas and a hint of melon at the end. Full mouth, oily and multi-layered. Persistent and lively aftertaste.

Food pairing

It accompanies perfectly a huge range of seafood dishes, grilled fishes, eastern gastronomy and pastas.
