Vinification Method
Cold soak at 6 oC for 8-10 hours with the skins and slow fermentation at low temperatures of 15-17 oC to maintain the primary aromas of the variety and the desired color intensity.
Characteristics
Bright rosy colour, strong fruit flavors and a sweet note of rose at the end. Rich mouth-feel and pleasant aftertaste.
Food pairing
It goes very well with Chinese and Asian cuisine in general, but it can be paired perfectly with seafood and meat as well, highlighting them.
