Vinification Method

Cold soak at 6 oC for 8-10 hours in order to highlight the primary aromas of the variety. Slow fermentation in French oak barrels under controlled conditions. After the end of the fermentation, the wine remains in the barrels to mature for about 7 months. The frequent bâtonnage on the lees that is applied during the whole maturation period helps to shape the rich character of the final wine.

Characteristics
Vivid and luminous gold-yellowish color with green tints. An elegant & complex aroma with notes of flowers & wood.
Food pairing
Poultry dishes with white sauces, greasy fishes and cheeses with a strong taste.
